SALE TERMS - 515 W. BEECHER: Upon conclusion of auction Sellers and Buyer shall execute a purchase agreement with Buyer to pay Two Thousand ($2,000.00) dollars as down payment. Balance payable on or before October 22, 2010. Possession given upon final settlement.  Sellers will convey by Warranty Deed and furnish Title Insurance for amount of purchase price. Procurement of financing shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer and must be obtained before date of auction.

TAXES:  The 2010 taxes due in 2011 to be prorated to date of closing, based on the 2009 Taxes paid in 2010.  Seller’s amount will be paid by giving buyer a credit against the purchase price.
